It is important to have a strategic communication policy and plan in place because it ensures that your message, your brand and or your product (or services) will be reflected in the light you expect to the public. It creates a vision of why you do what you do and why you provide the goods and or services that you promote in the market.
Having an effective communication plan in place ensures that the relevant stakeholders receive pertinent information at the appropriate times.
